At Mattel Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and limited-edition collectibles. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Mattel Creations account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
